Unlike our competitors who charge a 50% fee, we only charge a 40% fee of the total price. This means that you receive 60% of your items selling price!! This fee is not collected until we sell your item so you have nothing to loose.

We don't leave you in the dark wondering what’s happening with your item. If requested, we give you weekly updates on the status of your item so you always know what’s going on. Our site is also publicly available so you can keep track of your item & view its status at any time.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The quote you receive before shipping your item to us is an estimate. You will receive your final quote after we receive your item & the authenticity & condition is inspected.

We do not accept all styles and brands for consignment. We reserve the right to deny any consignment requests.

We only accept consignment for authentic designer handbags.

We do not do trades.

Items must be shipped to us using the provided address. Your item is required to be with us for a minimum of 120 days to make sure we are able to advertise your item properly. If your item is not sold within that period for any reason, you may choose to extend or cancel your contract. Please note that the consignor is responsible for shipping fees.

We don’t accept any counterfeit items on Valemion. If your designer item arrives and is counterfeit, you will receive a $75 inconvenience fee. This fee is used to cover shipping costs and authentication services made on your item. Your item will be returned after your fee payment is made. After your item is shipped back to you, your tracking number will be provided.

Valemion doesn’t insure consigned items against natural disasters, theft, fire, damage, water, vandalism, wear and tear or any circumstances beyond our control. Valuable items must be covered by your insurance. All responsibility for the items remain with the Consignor and Valemion shall be blameless against any harm.

Please note that we offer discounts to our members. The amount you receive is based on the final amount your item is sold for. The minimum amount you would like your item sold for will be discussed so even if we have membership discounts, we won’t go lower than that amount.

All payments are made through Paypal or Zelle. Please set up those payment methods before your payment date.

Payments are issued 5 business days after your item is sold.

Please note that you must be at least 18 years or older to consign with Valemion. All consigning requests that don't meet this criteria will be automatically disqualified.
