- DHSG is only available in the United States & we currently do not service International customers. Please only sell your designer bags to U.S. customers.

- All designer bags are in gently used condition with the same condition standards available in our sister store (www.Valemion.com). To see condition examples, please visit our sister site.

- By signing up for DHSG, you confirm that you have watched the DHSG videos available and you have read all the information available on DHSG on our site.

- All sales are final and no refunds are issued under any circumstance.

- If you cancel your subscription to ask for a refund, you will be denied a refund because all sales are final & we will be unable to restart your DHSG membership without you paying another DHSG fee to sign up. DHSG is on an automated process so once you cancel your membership it cannot be reactivated without signing up again. Please be cautious about canceling your subscription to avoid any issues. If you need any assistance, please contact us for help before making any changes.

- There is no time requirement of being with DHSG so you’re free to cancel your subscription at anytime in your account settings. Please note that if you cancel your subscription, you will be automatically removed from accessing DHSG. If you decide to cancel, we recommend that you do so towards the end of your subscription so you can have access to it during the duration you already paid for. Please note that if you cancel before your subscription is over, there is nothing we will be able to do to assist you. It is your responsibility to read all of the information provided and cancel it towards the end of your subscription.

- Please read all of the information provided for DHSG so you can choose the right plan for you. You can always subscribe to another plan but you will not be refunded to upgrade your plan. For example, if you subscribe to DHSG Standard for $99 and you decide to change to DHSG PRO a month later, you will not be refunded for DHSG Standard because there are no refunds available. All of this is an automated process so you will automatically have access to the two different subscriptions when you log into your account. In order to avoid paying more money in the long run (by subscribing to two or more different DHSG plans within a short period of time), please read all the information provided to select the best plan for you.

- These are subscription services so payment will be automatically deducted based on the plan you select. For example, DHSG Standard is $99 a year so every year, $99 will be deducted to keep your subscription active. There are no obligations so you’re free to cancel your subscription at anytime under your account settings.

- Only one membership subscription is available per person. All membership subscriptions with unauthorized use by multiple people will be automatically canceled with no refund issued.

- We are unable to change the email & password you use for your DHSG account. Please make sure to use an email & a password you can easily remember & will not need to change.

- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who breaks our terms of service or abuses our services in anyway. If your membership is canceled, you will be notified via email. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance. Please be sure to follow our Terms of Services at all times.
