U.S. ORDERS
Do you guys ship in the U.S.?
- Valemion accepts all orders within the U.S. & Canada.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Do you guys ship internationally?
- Valemion automatically accepts all orders made from Canada but any other international orders must be made after talking to a Valemion representative. Please note that not all international orders may be accepted.
REGULAR SHIPPING TIME
What is Valemion's regular shipment time?
- As of February 2, 2017, shipments will be made within 3-10 business days after your order is placed. Please note that there is a provided option to get your item shipped out quickly if interested. Simply select the Rush Order Shipping option at checkout. With Rush Order shipping, shipping is made between 1-3 business days.
- Business Days: Mondays-Fridays
**On rare occasions, there may be a delay on shipping. If a delay occurs, customers will be notified. Please note that this delay is rare and mainly occurs during big special events. We appreciate your patience. Please contact us for your specific shipment status.**
RUSH ORDER SHIPPING
Is Rush Order Shipping available?
- Rush Order Shipping is available with a rush fee of $20. If you would like to include Rush Order Shipping, simply select Rush Order Shipping at checkout. Please note that this shipping option is not associated with USPS. It simply means that instead of waiting 3-10 business days for your order to be processed, it will be processed 1-3 business days and sent out immediately.
